Hilvar Limited was founded by our team and our team — two experienced engineers who spent years working in the trade and saw a consistent problem: work done poorly, with little communication and unexpected costs.
They set up Hilvar with a simple mission — do the job right, be honest about price, and treat every client's property with the same care they'd want for their own.
Based in Birmingham, Hilvar covers all of England and Wales, serving homeowners, landlords, property managers and commercial businesses. Every job is handled by qualified engineers who take pride in their work.
Everything we do is guided by six core values — and together, they spell out exactly who we are.
Integrity and transparency in every interaction. We tell you exactly what needs doing, what it will cost, and why — no surprises, ever.
Constantly seeking smarter, safer, and more efficient methods. We stay up to date with the latest techniques and technology so you get the best outcome.
Building lasting relationships over short-term profit. We're here for the long haul — our clients come back because they trust us, not because they have to.
Delivering measurable quality and reliability at fair prices. We believe great service should be accessible — not a premium you shouldn't have to pay.
Taking ownership of every action and outcome. If something isn't right, we make it right — no excuses, no passing the buck.
Doing what we say, when we say — every time. You can count on us to show up, follow through, and deliver on every promise we make.
Our name isn't just a name — it's a reminder of the six principles that guide every job we take on, every client we work with, and every decision we make as a business.

Reactive callouts without a contract mean paying standard rates, waiting in a queue, and dealing with whoever's available. A Hilvar contract changes all of that.

Contract clients jump the queue. When you call, we come to you first. For businesses where downtime costs money, this alone makes a contract worth it.
